This accommodation was very good ,comfortable ,staff very helpful and accommodating , I forgot they had a pool so was pleasantly surprised , breakfast plenty of choice fully stocked ,and clean ,this accommodation may put some travellers off being out of town but it shouldn’t , C train is close by , bus also close , shopping mall ,eateries all close within 20 min if walking , which we did , airport shuttle was arranged over the phone from airport no problem , and a convienient time to return to airport was arranged at accomodation ,good value ,all in all this a gem , and would definitely book again

Breakfast was good, room was very full at the time we had arrived for breakfast but it was well equipped with lots of good food, The room was very nice but had a strange odor that kind of smelt like a "Smoking" room and left me with a strange headache which only happens when I come into a room that has been smoked in but it was clean and tidy. We didnt have time to enjoy your pool as one of our guests had to leave via a plane and the shuttle service was very well received thank you for that.

Breakfast is good. Like the DIY waffles, but I have learned to wait a few seconds before closing the lid (after pouring on the batter), & then wait about 30 sec after the timer goes off - makes for a well-done waffle, much better than the under-cooked ones I've been getting!

The room was comfortable and quiet. Although the bathroom was small for me with my accessible needs, for a one-night stay, I was able to use it without difficulty. There was a mall nearby with a couple of restaurants and an ATM in the liquor store. The shuttle service was excellent: The accessibility of the vehicle was excellent-no stairs, and the driver put my luggage in and took it out at the airport.

Both pool and workout room were enjoyed during our stay and found to be in great shape and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was clean, warm, and did the job. Check in was quick, pleasant and professional. Despite it being near the airport it was quiet and restful.Hotel is adjacent to some wonderful international restaurants which came in quite handy at supper. We were happy with the shuttle drive to the airport since we didn’t expect it too be still that far away, 20min, in the morning. Over all a successful pleasant stay. Thank you Comfort Inn

Airport shuttle was prompt and comfortable after a long flight despite it was -25 and snowed 14 inches that day. Rooms were very clean and bed/pillows were great. Check in staff very courteous and efficient despite large amounts of guests arriving in the shuttle all at once. Breakfast has warm and cold options with good selection. All in all and very good stay, will come again

Very convenient for the airport with complimentary efficient collection and return Staff friendly, efficient and professional. Good, comfortable size room in quiet neighbourhood. Good choice at breakfast so nobody should leave hungry. This was our 3rd stay, returning after 5 years and still the same good standards. Well done and thank you 😊 Previous visit used nearby tram station to visit Calgary city centre which also drops off near the zoo.

I did not eat any breakfast which I paid for it due to am aware that I come down and take the breakfast and none of the staff called me to come and take my breakfast. I was hungry for the five nights spending money buying breakfast outside the hotel. It's very bad.they should know that some of there customer is from another country making them to be a novice here

Breakfast is the same: hot eggs, sausage patty, DIY waffle maker, as well as cereals, bread & toaster, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. I prefer a well-baked waffle, so delay the "flip-to-start" for about 10 sec after putting batter on, & then delay taking it out of the baker for 30 sec. - makes for a well-done waffle.
